Under 25 Transforms Student Experience with Reimagined ‘Spaces’

Under 25 has
announced its ‘Spaces’ feature, introducing a dynamic, mission-based ecosystem

The launch is
a direct response to its community feedback

The new
version will be more vibrant and interactive, where each Space will provide
specific experiences and missions for that given niche

To celebrate
the launch of the new ‘Spaces’ experience, Under 25 is hosting SpaceFest, a
10-day in-app festival that will spotlight different Spaces each day

Mumbai : Under 25 – India’s largest youth media
network has announced a major launch of its ‘Spaces’ feature on the Under25
App. Responding to what its users asked for, the new update transforms Spaces
from static content feeds into dynamic, mission-based communities built around
specific interests.

This launch makes it easier
for youth to connect with like-minded people, discover relevant experiences,
and participate in missions that align with their interests. Users now get:

  • Interactive missions

  • Real-time leaderboards and rewards

  • Exclusive access to experiences for those who
participate in missions and vice versa

  • The ability to apply as a moderator within
    each Space

Spaces like Bite-Sized, Hot
Takes, Meme Theory, and Deep Dives now go beyond just scrollable content,
they’re interactive hubs with their own identity and energy.

“Our users were clear
about what they wanted. And that was more ways to connect with people who share
their interests and discover opportunities and experiences that actually align
with them. They told us they wanted a platform that felt more like ‘them’, not
just places to scroll, but places to participate, create, and be recognised for
their contributions. We listened and delivered a solution that not only meets
these needs but also enhances the overall user experience. Spaces like The
Design Space, Tech Lab, etc. are no longer just folders of content, they’re now
useful resources for the youth,” said Jeel Gandhi, CEO, Under 25.

This shift reflects Under
25’s broader mission: to build culture with youth, not just for them. Whether
through digital experiences, on-ground experiences, or brand partnerships,
Under 25 creates spaces where young people feel seen and empowered to express
themselves.

To launch the new Spaces,
Under 25 is hosting SpaceFest: a 10-day in-app festival. Each day will
spotlight a different Space, drop unique missions, and invite users to post,
create, and compete. Top participants will earn money, get on the leaderboard,
and have a chance to be featured on the app.

The new Spaces update is
live on the Under25 App, with SpaceFest running through June 26th, 2025. Youth
across India are invited to join in, pick their Space, and make it their own.
